We are seeking dedicated and flexible individuals to support active military personnel in Medical Readiness Clinics. These positions will ensure that soldiers meet deployment requirements by assisting in various readiness tasks and assessments. This is a unique opportunity to serve those who serve our country by ensuring they are medically prepared for their missions.
- Start Dates: Opportunities are available as early as February through May 2025.
- End Date: Assignments will run through the end of September 2025.

SITE OF SERVICE:
- Camp Grayling, Grayling Michigan
- (Monday- Sunday) 7:00AM-4:30PM
POSITION QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Graduate from an accredited community college, junior college, college, university or vocational nursing program approved by the appropriate State agency.
OR
Healthcare education in the military service or training in the military service which is accepted by the licensing body in the jurisdiction in which the individual is licensed as qualifying for full LPN licensure will be accepted.
Certification: Have certification in blood drawing starting IV’s and administering immunizations.
Additional Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) hands on certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Experience: Have a minimum of one year of ambulatory care nursing experience as a LPN within the last two years. LPNs assigned to the Pediatric and/or Family Care Clinic shall have no less than one-year prior experience working in the outpatient clinic setting and be familiar with the coordination of the patient care team.
Licensure: Possess a current and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Vocational Nurse in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Island.
U.S. Citizenship: Shall be a U.S. citizen.
English Language Requirement: Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate.
Physical Capability: Shall be physically capable of standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time and physically capable of performing all services required under the contract.
HOURS:
Services shall be provided Thurs through Saturday.
Workdays and hours may be modified due to mission changes.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be able and willing to reprioritize on short notice and work on multiple simultaneous projects. Flexible and able to work with various personalities. Team-work skills required. Time management skills required. The ability to meet deadlines in a deadline intensive environment is essential. High level of adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
