About the Role As a Recruitment Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving new business by actively engaging with clients and sourcing top-tier candidates to meet their needs. This remote position combines the best of sales and recruitment, requiring you to build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying and placing the right talent. What You’ll Do
Drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities and building lasting partnerships
Source, screen, and match candidates with job opportunities that align with their skills and experience
Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities
A self-starter with a strong sense of motivation and eagerness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
